The In-Sight 2000 Series vision sensors combine the power of an In-Sight® system with the simplicity and affordability of a standard vision sensor.
Ideal for error detection applications, these vision sensors set new standards for affordability, ease of use and flexibility with a unique combination of proven In-Sight vision tools, ease of configuration, modular design, interchangeable lighting and optics.
The In-Sight 2000 Series features an integrated, high-performance imaging system consisting of interchangeable lenses and a patented LED ring that avoids the need for costly outdoor lighting by producing homogeneous and diffused lighting.
The lenses and different colored lighting options are easily interchangeable to suit the requirements of the application.
Together with In-Sight Explorer's™ EasyBuilder® interface, which provides fast and intuitive step-by-step configuration, the In-Sight 2000 Series enables even novice users to achieve very high inspection performance in almost any production environment.
In-Sight 2000 Series vision sensors can be configured for inline or right-angle installation.
This modularity of the enclosure offers maximum flexibility for mounting in confined spaces, simplifies wiring and definition of optical paths, and at the same time reduces the need for mechanical fixings.

The In-Sight 3D-L4000 represents a breakthrough in three-dimensional (3D) vision technology. This unique vision system combines 3D laser displacement technology with a smart camera that allows factory engineers to quickly, accurately and cost-effectively solve a wide variety of inspections.
Patented spotless blue laser optics, an industry first, captures high-quality 3D images, and built-in, high-performance processing powers a complete set of true 3D vision tools, without the need for external processing. 3D vision tools can be set up as easily as 2D vision tools thanks to the familiar and robust environment of the In-Sight spreadsheet.
