Machine vision
A common application in the automotive industry is the inspection of flush surfaces and discontinuous points to ensure that vehicle panels are properly aligned: a 2D system can determine if two discontinuous points are consistent between a door and a body panel However, determining whether two panels are flush or in the same plane is more complicated.

Automatic labeling
MATEC presents the new Labelmatec ML-X, a laser beam marking machine for indelibly marking adhesive labels on non-removable material and adhesive plastic or metal supports, which offers the user the possibility of diversifying the texts and dimensions of the adhesive labels without the need die-cutting and prepress.
It is an ultra-compact high-speed marking system with class 1 laser, very flexible and versatile which allows you to increase productivity while reducing stocks and costs. Ideal for creating unremovable, unfalsifiable and personalized laser engraved labels.

Laser marking
The deflected laser beam markers use the laser beam to engrave, with different powers and results, materials such as wood, cast iron, glass, stainless steel, plastic and ceramic. The result ranges from the incision to the superficial burn, up to the color change. Laser Beam Marking is used to encode indelibly and in real time, without contact, even moving products with very low marking resolutions. The low intrusion also allows use in delicate and particular sectors such as, for example, the aeronautical one.
