Laser and dot peen markers

Dot peen markers

The TIPOMATEC MM 8 marker is a dot peen marking system designed for integration into automatic lines capable of operating with and without the use of a PC, using a simplified interface residing in the marker or the MATEC MM-8-SISM program -S on PC.

The marking takes place by incision in contact with superficial scratches or with depths such as to allow legibility even after any abrasions.

The TIPOMATEC IMP-20 scratch marker is the most versatile and economical professional system for the permanent personalization of metal, rigid plastic and variousobjects plates. It has been designed to mark even on slightly corrugated surfaces and on various types of metallic material with hardness up to 62 HRC.Silent, compact and easy to use, it allows anyone to economically create excellent quality indelible markings.

Laser markers

SCANMATEC is the line of laser marking "turnkey" solutions, which include protection cabins, fume extraction systems, government PCs and management applications, and integrate laser sources from the main manufacturers in the various technologies:

  • Gas laser (CO₂): particularly suitable for processing non-metallic materials and most plastics.
  • Crystal lasers: For marking applications, these lasers are now diode-pumped and are therefore suitable for both metal and plastic marking.
  • Fiber lasers: produce the laser beam by means of a so-called laser seed and amplify it in specially mounted glass fibers, which are supplied with energy via pumpdiodes. The fiber laser is particularly suitable for the marking of metals by annealing, for laser engravings on metals and for the particularly high-contrast markingsof plastics.

Laser Markers on Labels

The laser marking system applied to the labeling and tagging industry which allows indelible printing on adhesive plastic or metal supports, offering the user the possibility of reproducing fixed or variable mono/bidimensional texts and codes as well as logos or icons, diversifying label sizes without the need for pre-die cutting.

The adhesive materials are designed in such a way as to obtain permanent, undetachable and anti-counterfeiting coding.

The high speed of execution of the writings is not comparable to current mechanical engraving systems

Impact markers

The Tipomatec 294 marker is the simplest and cheapest system for coding any object, surface or material in an elementary way.

It allows to discriminate objects with simple coding: good-reject, operator/production line, etc.; it is the most suitable tool for marking colored dots with a diamete of mm. 4, on absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces, automatically without operator enslavement
