hereby MATEC S.R.L., with registered office in Lungo Dora Pietro Colletta, 83 - Turin, as "Data Controller" inform you about the methods of processing your data by the Company in relation to the activities defined by the contract and related to the request for information through our contacts (email, telephone, etc.), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016 /679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and related implementing legislation (hereinafter, jointly, the "Regulation").

3. The provision of data is optional. However, any refusal to provide data for the purposes referred to in point 2 lett. c), will not entail any consequence, except for the impossibility of being informed about any marketing and promotional-advertising initiatives by the Company, as well as receiving commercial communications of your interest.
4. In relation to the purposes referred to in point 2 above, the processing of data by the Company will take place using IT and telematic tools with strictly logic related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security of the same and always in full compliance with the legislation in force on the protection of personal data.
5. In order to execute the contract, your data will be processed by the Company's employees who have access to them by reason of the functions performed (for example Administration, Sales, etc.).

La Società potrà altresì comunicare i Suoi dati personali a soggetti terzi impiegati per assicurare la fornitura dei servizi (compresi professionisti esterni) (ii) con riferimento ai soli dati strettamente necessari ad assicurare la fornitura dei servizi stessi.
Tali soggetti avranno accesso ai dati personali necessari a svolgere le relative funzioni (e non potranno utilizzarli per scopi diversi), saranno tenuti a trattare i dati in conformità con la legge applicabile, saranno responsabili del trattamento incaricati dalla MATEC S.r.l. e saranno inseriti in un elenco aggiornato, disponibile presso la MATEC S.r.l.
Salvo quanto precede, i Suoi dati personali non saranno comunicati ad altri soggetti terzi né altrimenti diffusi. I Suoi dati personali saranno conservati nei server a disposizione delle Società collocati nell’Unione europea, e non verranno in alcun modo trasferiti verso Paesi situati al di fuori dell’Unione Europea.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, your personal data will not be disclosed to other third parties or otherwise disseminated. Your personal data will be stored on servers available to the Companies located in the European Union , and will not be transferred in any way to countries located outside the European Union.

Any data collected and processed with your consent for the purposes indicated in letter c), will be kept until the interested party revokes the consent to receive commercial communications from MATEC S.R.L, or requests the cancellation of their data, except for the exceptional need to keep the data to defend the rights of MATEC S.R.L in relation to disputes in place at the time of the request, or on the recommendation of the public authorities.

Pursuant to art. from 15 to 22 of the Regulation, you have the right to: a) obtain the cessation of processing in cases where your personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, also in relation to services identical to those already provided by our Company (so-called right to opposition); b) obtain information in relation to the purposes for which the personal data are processed, the period of processing and the subjects to whom the data are communicated (so-called right of access); c) obtain the correction or integration of inaccurate personal data concerning you (so-called right of rectification); d) obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning you in the following cases (i) the data are not necessary anymore for the purposes for which they were collected;
(ii) you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of data if they are processed on the basis of your consent; (iii) you have objected to the processing of personal data concerning you where they are processed for our legitimate interest; or (iv) the processing of your personal data does not comply with the law. However, we point out that the retention of personal data by MATEC S.R.L is lawful if it is necessary to allow you to fulfill a legal obligation or to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court (so-called right of cancellation); e) obtain that the personal data concerning you are only stored without of them are made other use in the following cases (i) you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary to allow us to verify the accuracy of such personal data; (ii) the processing is unlawful but you still object to the erasure of your personal data by us; (iii) the personal data are necessary for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court; (iv) you have opposed the processing and are awaiting verification of the possible prevalence of our legitimate reasons for processing with respect to yours (so-called right of limitation); f) receive personal data concerning you in a commonly used format, readable by automatic and interoperable device, if they are processed under the contract or on the basis of your consent (so-called right to portability).
Finally, we remind you that you have the right to contact the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (Piazza di Monte Citorio n. 121, 00186 Rome), in order to assert your rights in relation to the processing of personal data.
You may revoke, at any time, the consent given for the processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in point 2 letter c) without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the revocation. You can revoke your consent by sending a communication to the email address c.bosco@matec.to.it.
