The Company

Matec s.r.I., leading company in the field of industrial marking and encoding, was born in 1995 but its history dates back to 1980 as Matec di Bosco, which later became Sistemi Matec in 1986. MATEC, which has long been operating in the industrial marking sector, offers today's market the most innovative systems, equipment and services for product traceability and identification.

 

ISO 9001/2008 certified, it offers customers the opportunity to design, install and maintain over time systems and equipment with turnkey services: an expert development team can supply each customized software solution and the high quality and range of item distributed by Matec, allow to solve all net and connectivity problems.

 

The main marking technologies employed are:

  • Automatic labelling

  • Dot Peening marking

  • Laser marking

These technologies are incorporated with encoding identification and recognition systems, as well as recognition systems upon product measurement, validation and artificial screening.

 

The development of new technologies for 2D (Datamatrix) encoding direct marking has enabled the incorporation of miniature and safe and automatically readable codes into products which were previously not considered possible, such as mechanical engine components and complex microelectronic applications.
